LIMAB UK Ltd’s Solar PV System Goes Live: Excel Energy Delivers Turnkey Solution
LIMAB UK Ltd, a leading provider of sustainable solutions, proudly announces the commissioning of its solar photovoltaic (PV) system. Partnering with Excel Energy, a renowned name in renewable energy solutions, LIMAB UK Ltd has taken a significant stride towards its commitment to environmental stewardship and energy efficiency.

Solar Panel Installation
The project involved the installation of a 14.4Kw peak photovoltaic system, marking a substantial investment in clean energy infrastructure. Excel Energy, entrusted with the responsibility, delivered a complete turnkey solution, overseeing every aspect from design to installation and commissioning.
The system boasts 32 Trina Solar 450wp panels coupled with SolarEdge Inverter technology, complemented by 32 SolarEdge optimisers to maximise energy output and efficiency. The choice of equipment reflects LIMAB UK Ltd’s dedication to utilising cutting-edge technology for optimal performance.
A crucial aspect of the installation was the mounting system, meticulously chosen to ensure seamless integration with the optimiser fittings. Sunfixings MRD Rail emerged as the ideal solution, offering robust support and compatibility essential for long-term reliability.
Online Monitoring System
Moreover, Excel Energy didn’t just stop at installation; they went a step further by setting up an online monitoring system. This enables real-time tracking of energy production and system performance, empowering LIMAB UK Ltd with actionable insights to enhance efficiency and maximize returns on investment.
To ensure accurate measurement and monitoring, Watt-node mod-bus metering was installed alongside the Inepro380 mod-bus, guaranteeing precision in energy consumption readings. This meticulous approach underscores LIMAB UK Ltd’s commitment to transparency and accountability in its sustainability initiatives.
“We are thrilled to announce the successful commissioning of our solar PV system in partnership with Excel Energy,” remarked a spokesperson from LIMAB UK Ltd. “This project is not just about reducing our carbon footprint; it’s a testament to our unwavering commitment to sustainable practices and responsible energy management.”
