Charity for Civil Servants – Solar PV & EV Charging Points Project
Charity For Civil Servants
Sutton
Non-Profit Organisation
Organisation Background
The Charity for Civil Servants, dedicated to supporting civil servants in times of need, sought a sustainable energy solution to reduce operational costs and improve environmental impact.
Following a comprehensive feasibility study, it was determined that installing a solar PV system alongside EV charging points would provide significant benefits, including reduced energy expenses, provide a small income from charging vehicles and improved sustainability.
The energy cost savings would allow the charity to redirect funds into its core mission of supporting civil servants.

Solar PV and EV Charging Project Goals
✅ Reduce energy costs and operational expenses.
✅ Implement a sustainable energy solution to support green initiatives.
✅ Integrate EV charging infrastructure for staff and visitors.
✅ Leverage available government grants to minimise upfront investment.
